Founded in 2017 by Neil Demuth after having had postural pain from previous employment and wanting to provide quality massage therapy. I’m a mobile therapist so I can bring the benefits of massage to you.
All the equipment is supplied including the massage couch, couch cover and wax. I am fully insured with the Federation of Holistic therapists and I’m on an accredited register, meaning that I have keep enhancing my knowledge and skills.

What is a Swedish Massage? The Swedish massage is the type that many people associate with a relaxing trip to the spa. This technique, which was originated around 1868 by a Dutch doctor named Johann Georg Mezger, is primarily designed to relieve tension and energize you. It does this by using several specific types of massage movements including effleurage, petrissage, tapotement and friction.
What is a Deep Tissue Massage? The deep tissue massage is a type of technique designed to break up adhesions in the muscle and surrounding connective tissue, called the fascia. Typically this technique is used to address chronic aches and pains or stiff and contracted areas of the body.
What is Sports Massage? Sports massage will help to break down the larger and older knots and also help with recovery from injuries. This is because your therapist will use passive stretching techniques alongside other techniques that will manipulate and stretch the tissues to increase range of movement and prevent injuries.
